Safari Instructions

1. Open the Safari app.

2. Look at the top bar and click on the History Tab.

3. Select "Clear History".

4. Change the Clear option by clicking the blue icon and selecting "all history".

5. Select "Clear History" in the bottom right of that pop up.

Chrome Instructions (MacOS)

1. While in Chrome, press COMMAND + SHIFT + DELETE.

2. Select 'Clear Browsing Data' at the top of the tab of the newly opened window.

3. Select the 'Advanced' tab.

4. Change the time range to 'All time' by clicking the drop down arrow.

5. Ensure 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files' are checked.*

6. Click 'Clear data' and wait for that window to disappear.

7. Restart your device.

*Note: Selecting 'Browsing history, Download history, Site settings, and Hosted app data' will free up space and resources for your device.
