ParentSquare Notification Settings

From a browser on a computer:



  1. Once you have logged into ParentSquare, find your name in the upper right corner of the home screen. Click on your name, then click “My Account” in the drop down menu.

  2. On the left-hand side of your screen, click the “Notification Settings” option in the “Settings” menu.

  3. To the right of each school line, there is an On/Off toggle button, make sure it is set to “On” for each school you want to receive notifications.

  4. In the column labeled “Email” make sure that the toggle is set to “Instant” (emails each time there is a post) or “Digest” (one email once a day if there are any notifications) for each of the schools you have access to.

  5. If you would like to receive text notifications, you can use the column labeled “Text” in the same manner to set up “Instant” or “Digest” texts. 

From the Application on a phone:

  • From home screen tap the triple bar menu at top left.

  • Select Account and then Notifications.

 


  • Select how you want to be notified at each school.
    - Turn OFF 
    Custom Settings to use the same notification settings for all schools.
    - Turn ON 
    Custom Settings to set different notifications at each school.

  • Toggle on or off to receive Email, Text and/or App Notifications.

  • Select Instant or Digest for each mode.
